Customer service is key to our business and therefore at the heart of our business. We wholly understand and appreciate the flexibility required to ensure that our cleaning service does not disrupt your business, clients or staff. Most of our cleaning is done early in the morning, in the evenings or at weekends – although we also undertake daytime cleaning as preferred by some of our Clients. Whatever arrangement you require, you can trust in Goldcrest Cleaning to take great care of your premises.
Each and every contract has a dedicated IOSH certified local Area Manager, who visits their Client's sites at least once per month, not only to check quality standards are being adhered to and maintained, it is also to spend time with the cleaners and cleaning teams. We believe this visit is crucial to the success of our business. Often cleaners work outside of regualr business hours and we believe these visits are vital for ongoing motivation and successful communication as well as the training and development required to maintain quality standards.
We clean over 200 sites every week including offices, schools, academies, surgeries, dentists, vets, retail units and leisure venues; we are flexible whatever your type of business. We also clean a number of the regions principal leisure attractions and places of interest, such as Warwick Castle, Hatton Country World and Compton Verney Art Gallery.
