Here’s what you can expect when you work with us.

Step One:

Understanding Your needs

We start by getting to know you and your environment.

  • We’ll arrange a free, no-obligation site visit at a time that suits you.

  • We’ll listen carefully to your requirements, walk the site, and ask about your current pain points or preferences.

  • Whether you need daily cleans, flexible hours, or specialist services we’ll take note.

No hard sell. Just honest advice from experienced professionals.

Step Two:

A Tailored Proposal

Every business is different and so is every cleaning contract.

We’ll create a bespoke cleaning schedule just for you, detailing:

  • Tasks to be completed (and how often)

  • Cleaning methods and products used

  • Health & safety protocols and site access

  • A clear and competitive monthly price

  • Optional extras like washroom services, window cleaning or consumables

Our proposals are flexible and transparent, with no hidden fees.

Step Three:

Getting Started

Once you’re happy, we’ll move quickly to set you up.

  • A start date is agreed

  • Staff are briefed, introduced, and trained for your site

  • COSHH and Risk Assessments are completed

  • A Site Pack is created with all relevant safety info

  • You’re assigned a dedicated Area Manager as your ongoing point of contact

We’ll also agree how we keep in touch whether that’s monthly audits, WhatsApp updates, or good old-fashioned phone calls.

Step Four:

Day-to-Day Cleaning

Now the real work begins and we take it seriously.

  • Our cleaning staff arrive in uniform and fully equipped

  • All team members are employed directly by us (not agency), DBS-checked where required, and trained to our standards

  • PPE is always used and colour-coded systems followed to prevent cross-contamination

  • Our eco-friendly, bleach-free products are safe for people, pets, and the planet

Everything is logged and monitored to ensure nothing is missed.

Step Five:

Ongoing Support & Supervision

We believe great cleaning comes from great people and great people deserve great support.

  • Area Managers carry out regular audits and site visits

  • You can raise any issues directly with us we’ll respond promptly and personally

  • All staff receive ongoing training, fair pay, and proper PPE

  • We don’t outsource or cut corners. We look after our team, so they look after your space.

If something’s not right, we’ll make it right quickly and without fuss.
