At Goldcrest Cleaning, we believe a clean environment is about more than appearance it’s about health, safety, peace of mind, and pride in your workplace.

We’re a family-run business based in Warwick, with over 30 years’ experience delivering high-quality commercial cleaning services across Coventry, Warwickshire, Stratford-upon-Avon and Birmingham. We currently clean over 160 client sites, supporting everything from offices and schools to heritage venues and healthcare settings.

The Team

Alan Jones

Managing Director

Alan joined Goldcrest in 2017 and is our Managing Director with overall responsibility for business performance including business development and client relations.

A former career banker with over 25 years experience in retail and corporate banking as well as 8 years in private enterprise as the owner of a finance intermediary business. Alan is a passionate and considerate person who works hard to ensure that the business is able to meet the needs of both its’ clients and staff alike.

When he’s not at work Alan enjoys cycling, swimming, walking the dogs and spending time with his friends and family.

Claire Goodfellow

Accounts Assistant

Claire is our Accounts Assistant and joined the company in November 2024. Having previsously worked for The Fire Protection Agency, Claire’s experience includes overseeing multi miilion pound projects for the MoD and managing a team of 50+ field assessors. Claire is conscientious and professional and amongst other duties, takes care of our invoicing, credit and stock control.

Working from home in West Sussex, Claire enjoys walking her dogs and spending time with her family.

Lesley Burrows

Compliance Assistant

Lesley has worked for Goldcrest Cleaning since 2009 and she looks after our contracts in Southam, Leamington Spa, Rugby, Banbury, Bicester and Brackley.

When she is away from work she enjoys swimming and spending time with her family.

Julie Whitehead

Payroll Assistant

Julie has been with Goldcrest since 2015 and is part of the office team assisting with elements such as HR and payroll. Julie’s, sense of humour and willingness to do all she can to help her colleagues and clients

Sandra Prostak

Area Manager

Sandra is the newest member of our Area Manager team and takes care of our clients in the Stratford upon Avon, South Warwick, Henley and Redditch areas. Sandra has a wealth of experience in various cleaning roles roles and is committed to delivering the very highest of standards across her portfolio.

Sandra’s clients include a number of local schools, healthcare sites and some very prestigious offices and buildings.

When she is not at work, Sandra enjoys gardening and spending much of her spare time with her family

Bev Gresty

Area Manager

Bev has worked for Goldcrest Cleaning since 2008, she is an Area Manager for us looking after contracts in Kenilworth, Warwick and Leamington Spa.

Bev is very much an early-bird, she starts work early most days but is still out and about during the evenings. Bev enjoys travel and she is gradually working her way around all of the holiday hotspots.

Dave Wilson

Area Manager

Dave started working for Goldcrest Cleaning in 2005 as a Janitor at the Ricoh Arena.

Having formally worked as our Area Manager for the Coventry area he now works as our Head of Mobile Teams. Dave is our one-off cleaning specialist and is responsible for organising and implementing our cleaning strategies for tasks such as builder’s cleans, carpet and general deep cleaning.

In his spare time Dave is an excellent Painter and Decorator.

Mark Williams

Area Manager

Mark came to Goldcrest Cleaning in 1989 as a Cleaner and was promoted to Area Manager in 2007.

Mark looks after contracts for us in Southam, Warwick and Leamington Spa and he is also the Cleaning Supervisor at Warwick Castle.

Nina Candido

Area Manager

Having joined us in February 2024, Nina looks after our clients in Brimingham, Coventry and Leamington and has over eight years’ experience in the cleaning sector having previously worked for a national provider looking after over 100 contracts from Rugby right up to Sheffield. Her experience encompasses the healthcare and education sectors. Nina spends much of her spare time dedicated to her young family.

Nick Howells

Administration Assistant, Hiring Manager and Mobile Team Coordinator

Nick joined Goldcrest in February 2019 as an Area Manager for Birmingham, and Coventry. Nick has vast experience in the cleaning sector having previously worked for two large providers and has been working in the industry for 18 years. Nick now manages our mobile support teams and assists with the day to day operations of the business which includes recruitement. In his spare time Nick is an avid Villa fan and season ticket holder. His loyalty extends to following the Villa on their adventures across Europe.

Vitor Azevedo

Mobile Team

Working alongside the Head of Mobile Teams Dave Wilson, Vitor is one our mobile team operatives whose main role is to support our client contracts during planned and unplanned staff absences. Vitor is an avid football fan and spends as much of his spare time supporting his young son and his footballing ambitions.
